Chalet Alpina is set to open later this year at the base of Aspen Mountain, just steps from the historic Lift One site where the town’s ski story began in the 1940s. Developed by Irongate Group in partnership with Aspen-based HayMax, the project combines heritage preservation with forward-looking design to create a resort that feels both timeless and fresh. With interiors by renowned designer Martin Brudnizki, Chalet Alpina offers an immersive experience inspired by Aspen’s natural beauty and storied past.
Features a hotel, private mountain club, and 32 slope-side residences with ski-in/ski-out access
Includes six expansive “Mountain Homes” and additional co-ownership options
Offers luxury amenities such as a rooftop pool, spa, private ski shop, and fine dining
Preserves historic skier chalets, repurposed as a restaurant and the Aspen Ski History Museum
