I'm Katherine Coleman, a Broker Associate with The Agency Aspen at 205 S. Mill Street in downtown Aspen. I have lived in Aspen for about 6 years, and I work across the whole Roaring Fork Valley: Aspen, Snowmass Village, Woody Creek, Old Snowmass, Basalt, Missouri Heights and Carbondale.

My work covers three things. I help buyers find the right home, including second homes and quiet off-market opportunities. I help sellers price, prepare and market their property so it stands out to serious buyers. And I place tenants in luxury long-term and seasonal rentals for owners who are often away from Aspen.

Recent results include the $4.7 million sale of 100 N 8th Street #30 in Aspen, where I represented both sides, the $2.95 million sale of 139 Fisher Creek Lane in Carbondale, where I represented the sellers, and leases up to $25,000 a month in downtown Aspen. Clients often mention my photography, staging and marketing, and the extra work I put into getting a property ready.
